Integration of Psychedelic Experiences Through Psychotherapy
Psychedelic Integration Therapy
Supportive psychotherapy for processing meaningful psychedelic experiences
Psychedelic experiences can be deeply moving—but also complex and difficult to navigate alone. At Mind & Life Counseling, I offer Psychedelic Integration Therapy to help individuals reflect on and integrate these experiences in a safe, therapeutic setting.
Important note: I do not provide psychedelic substances or facilitate psychedelic-assisted therapy. All services are legal, ethical, and grounded in licensed psychotherapy.
What Is Psychedelic Integration?
Integration is the process of making sense of psychedelic experiences—emotionally, cognitively, and spiritually—so insights can be applied meaningfully to everyday life.
Through therapy, clients can:
Process difficult or unresolved experiences
Clarify insights and values
Strengthen emotional coping tools
Align actions with new perspectives
What Happens in Integration Sessions?
Each client’s process is unique. Sessions may include:
Reflection: Talking through the experience at your pace
Application: Exploring how it relates to your life and relationships
Coping: Strengthening emotional tools and grounding strategies
Growth: Ongoing support to integrate and embody insights
Who I Support & My Professional Background
I work with individuals who are seeking to process and integrate psychedelic experiences within the supportive structure of psychotherapy.
Some individuals come after personal or therapeutic experiences with psychedelics, while others are navigating:
Emotional or psychological aftereffects from clinical or ketamine treatments
Anxiety, depression, or significant life changes
Trauma and unresolved experiences from earlier in life
A desire for deeper self-understanding, meaning, or alignment
Whether or not psychedelics are part of your story, this work offers a space for reflection, healing, and integration.
As a licensed psychotherapist, I provide a nonjudgmental, legally compliant environment to explore how your experiences affect your emotions, relationships, and overall well-being.
Working with Medical & Mental Health Professionals
I frequently support individuals referred by:
Psychiatrists & physicians
Therapists & psychologists
Ketamine treatment providers & clinical researchers
Integration therapy can complement existing treatment by offering:
A safe space to process psychedelic or altered-state experiences
Ongoing support following ketamine-assisted therapy
Trauma-informed care for emotionally complex experiences
Collaboration that aligns with your current providers’ treatment plans
If you're a clinician looking to consult or refer a client, feel free to reach out. I'm happy to discuss scope and coordination of care.
